Every state is run by a real player. The Governor controls the state money and decides what gets built, and every state competes weekly in State Wars.
Run in the weekly election and get the most votes from players in your state. To run you need level 3 and the โฆ1,000,000 nomination form (half comes back if you win 20% of the votes). Stay tax compliant, or you can't stand. If nobody wins, the most successful active player becomes acting Governor.
Anyone who has played for 10 minutes can vote once a week for a declared candidate from their own home state, and change their vote until voting closes on Sunday at midnight (Lagos time). On Monday the Election app shows the result and you can share it.
The candidate who reached that number of votes first wins.
Commission projects like hospitals, roads, power plants and stadiums, sign executive orders, set tolls and permit fees, issue state bonds, post paid bounties for citizens and order repairs.
From FAAC every Monday plus IGR: income tax, tolls, permits and fees that citizens pay, plus VAT, which is counted from citizens' spending and is not an extra charge on them. The federal government matches IGR 6 to 1, so busy states get richer.
Yes. The Govern tab has a money tracker showing where every naira came from and where it went over the last 7 days.
Jobs, missions, races, flag captures and new players you invite all earn points for your home state. The state with the most points wins the week.
The Governor walks to the spot and chooses the plot. If a player owns it, they get the land price plus 20% and their house moves with everything in it. If they refuse, everyone in the state votes for 24 hours.
The Governor sets it between โฆ1,000 and โฆ10,000 a week, and all of it goes to the state.
Citizens raise motions, debate, vote and can even impeach a Governor who is not performing.
